Turning the Tables: Transforming School Food - Recommendations for the Development and Implementation of Revised School Lunch Standards
This is a consultation on the recommendations of the School Meals Review Panel's Report, Turning the tables: Transforming School Food. The Panel, an independent group with members from a variety of professional backgrounds ? field and academic dieticians and nutritionists; headteachers, governors and support staff; and catering and industry professionals ? was commissioned by the Secretary of State for Education and Skills to recommend tougher nutritional standards for school lunches.
